Who is responsible

markohr is operated by Mark Cowie trading as markohr. This notice concerns the public marketing website at markohr.app: its information pages, product screenshots and contact links.

Browsing and making contact

The website has no contact form, mailing-list signup, payment facility or employee-data upload. Its application code does not include analytics, advertising trackers or visitor profiling.

If you email Mark, the information you provide is used to read, respond to and manage your enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in communicating about markohr and its services. Correspondence is accessible only to Mark and relevant service providers, retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and associated records, and then deleted when no longer required.

If you contact Mark through LinkedIn, LinkedIn also processes the information under its own privacy terms and controls.

Hosting, DNS and technical data

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. GoDaddy manages the domain name and DNS records; it does not provide analytics for this website. Hosting, security and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, device or browser information and security events to deliver and protect the site.

This processing is based on legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards and retain technical records under their own security and operational policies.

Foresight is a separate application

The product screenshots shown here do not upload or process your employee data. Using the separate Foresight application is outside the scope of this website notice. Its own privacy, security and contractual arrangements must be reviewed before employee data or business plans are uploaded.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law provides rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing and receive portable copies. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

The right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
